The objective of the programme is to build self-confidence, enhance self-esteem and improve overall personality of the participants. The programme aims at grooming the participants through sensitizing on understanding their personality and the personality of the individuals working with and around them in the workplace environment to avoid all extremes in human relationship/engagements.

This training is designed to help participants:

  • Understand their personality and why they act the way they act (using DISC Personality Types)
  • Understand how their personality influences the way they respond to work.
  • Understand the personality makeup of other people and skills required in responding according to their personality reactions.
  • Why people think the way they do: the four generation approach
  • The four generation approach and how it shapes our thought processes.
  • Develop interpersonal skills such as self-awareness, which is the ability of an individual to recognize and understand one’s moods, emotions and drives as well as their impact on others.
  • Cultivate empathy or the ability to understand the emotional makeup of other people and skill in responding according to their emotional reactions.
  • Develop interpersonal skills which indicate the individual’s proficiency in managing relationships and building networks.
  • Develop skills in responding to criticisms & adversity.
  • Leverage on empathy and increase your ability to understand the emotional makeup of other people in a way that teaches a skillful approach to responding to emotional reactions
